My name is Brian Sherwin.

I tried crash diets, cleanses, hours in the gym, eating too little, magic pills - and nothing stuck long term.
And I always gained the same weight back.
Even though it wasn't a lot of weight - I still carried years of failure on my shoulders.
My stress and emotional eating patterns had been with me since I was a child. And I didn't recognize it.


What Changed?
- I identified my negative thoughts and beliefs about myself and food that stemmed from childhood.

- I reprogrammed my thoughts, my beliefs, and my habits around food and exercise.

And for 5 years, I haven't gained the weight back.

But I have gained peace, confidence, and most of all, I found a way to love myself.
